Default 700r4 no WOT 1-2 shift update (part 2)

Ok, we replaced the governor with a non-vette r4 governor with heavier weights today and guess what....I have 1-2 WOT shift again! It is shifting around 5500 rpm. The only side effect of this was that my 2-3 shift is now at 4000 rpm. This definitely feels early. I can override this if I launch in 2 and manually pop it into D after 4000 rpm so Ill see if that helps. Id rather have an early 2-3 shift than a no 1-2 shift. We may try to massage the 2-3 shift some more in the future if it really begins to bother me.

(part 2) Damn I'll have to go check out part one. I started a thread for my car not wanting to shift into 3 @wot. It did not shift into third 5 out of the 10 times I went down the track yesterday.

Here is the results of just changing out the governor with a new one. Evidently, the secondary weights were too light for the valve body in the tranny.
