If it doesn't, I'd try installing front cats. Magnaflow hi-flows would be my first choice. They sell two options: ceramic or metallic. The later has less restriction -- though either [together] will flow more than your main cat. So, for cost and effectiveness, I might be inclinded to choose the ceramic.
Also, placing cats nearer to the engine makes them perform more effectively.

If it is lean at idle and rich at 2500 rpms playing with the fuel pressure is not going to help both problems. Look into getting a good tune.

He is pushing High CO by .16% at higher RPM he is really close to passing, it will be interisting to see if the "race gas" helps

I run the fuel load down to less than a 1/4 tank then add a pint of the denature stuff.
You might try two. Then after the test, filler up with pump gas.
