Went and cleaned up a mess that was made. Started getting out the radiator and such parts. Waiting on a new condensor so I can get the shroud area done.

I'm thinking these should match the shroud.

Those peanuts come in Corvette parts. They aren't cheap for a mid-yr

Kyle..that got me to thinking why I'm into cars so much. I didn't have a answer as to what sparked it for me. I do know it was at a early age. I'm the only gear head in the family or black sheep. My dad was a chemical engineer and made rocket propellant. So I ask my dad...some where around 73-4 dad was driving us around and come upon a truck with a race car on a trailer with a flat tire. He gave them his spare and I got to sit on the race car. Dad said that's when it started...he said all I did after that was sound like a car.lol Flash forward 25 yrs and I find myself jumping off a wall in front of a race car changing front tires. 9 yrs ago I gave up that life to spend time with my son. I see in him the spark I have about cars but never had any one to teach me when I was young. And the race car I got to sit in was a guy I meet many times in the past yrs and didn't know it until yesterday. Such a small world.

I have done lots of things in my life that I'm proud of, lot more that I'm not. But having my son take every nut and bolt out, and figure out how to take a engine trans out really made me proud......without drawing blood Last of the dirty pics. Waiting on some parts to get back from plating and I'll have some good pics.

First time to have every thing fitting in the front. I still have a few brackets to make for the inter cooler. Mocking up the brake booster in a few day. If all fits I just need a new trans lil paint and then its time to rock&roll.

VERY nice.

I assume you're going to go with C6 brakes then?

What size is the MC?
