Good luck. I replaced my Duralast rebuilt twice before I got one that didn't leak. They were covered under warranty with no problem but it was a pain to replace it each time. Don't know if others are any better. I recommend finding a local shop to rebuild your old one.
on Turn One. This is not that easy of a job if it's the first time you have done it. You only want to do it once. They do take a while to get it done, maybe a couple of weeks in my case. Dave
I don't have a leak or a failure, maybe I should just leave it alone. The motor's out and the rack has a LOT of miles on it, seemed like a good idea.
I've used turn one before (PS pump) but won't have time to send it for rebuild before the motor goes in.
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
If you put in a rebuild you will not know and then will have to change it with the motor in the car. If it is a 2 week turn around you could spend that much time with ones that are no good. You can help the turn around by being a bit more aggressive with shipping methods.
