Throwing Code 21 at Full Throttle
My 90 is throwing on the check engine light and setting code 21 at full throttle. I know its for TPS Sensor (High). The car came with a thottle performance switch installed when I bought the car, could this be setting the code? What do I look for and how do I check for the cause? Thanks

It means TPS voltage is higher then it should be. Could be a bad sensor or a short in the wires. Could cleary be a fault with that liar add on. Remove it and see what happens, it will not effect performance at all.
