No Radio or Climate control
I HAD TO REMOVE MY DOOR PANEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE TO REPLACE THE OUTSIDE WINDOW WEATHER STRIP. iN REMOVING THE PANEL I POPED THE COURTSEY LIGHT SWITCH AND IT BROKE i COUD NOT REPAIR IT. I will need to replace the switch, after I had everything buttoned back up my radio and climate control would not work. I checked the fuses and the ones for thosee two units are good, I removed the panel again and made sure the plugs are all tight they are. Any thought as to why I have no radio or climate control?

Since you didn't tell us the year...
On my car the CTSY/CLK fuse supplies power to the A/C controller. I believe it also protects all the interior lights. I happen to know that you can blow it by shorting the cigarette lighter wires together...

If I could look at an 89 schematic I would be able to tell you. But all I have on the 89 is a crappie generic Haynes book. I don’t see the relationship between the radio and the climate control. But if you popped a fuse link, that might power many things. If your basic fuses are good, I would then look at all the fuse links. Other than that, it's a big guess.
