Just look for CAGS eliminator or GM skip shift. The well-known Corvette shops sell one for about $25-$30 that has the connectors and block-off plugs, a 10 minute job...or you could do it yourself with a 2.2k ohm, 1 watt resistor and some weather-resistant tape.
