Care dies for about 1 second
1987, Coupe, 350
If I decide to throw the car into first at about 20 mph and go into a slide around a turn the vette will accelerate rapidly and as the rpm gets around 5k the engine will cut out for less than a second then pick back up and act normal.
Is not the fuel pump, filter, fuel pressure is good, etc.
Totally reproducable.
