Default ac/heater blower problem

my heater blower motor does not work on all speeds barely blows on hi and does not blow on low or medium any suggestion on 85 c4

Good chance it's the blower resistors on top of evap housing.

I believe there's a relay that bypasses all the resistors when you go to the HIGH fan setting. It sounds like that circuit isn't working the way it ought to.

I had a '78 Corvette that had the symptoms you describe. One of the resistors was broken.

I could check my FSM but if my memory is still with me i don't believe there are any resistor on high. The way to check the fan on high is to use a jumper wire from the battery and if it does not blow hard, then it is likely the fan motor...
