OBDII Diagnostic Software Recommendation
I have been chasing a performance problem with my LT4 for a while now. (Poor off-idle performance, rough idle.)
The dealer convinced me that they just want to swap parts starting with the most expensive.
So I think I want to pick up some diagnostic software and see if it tells me anything. Any recommendations/warnings/suggestions?

AutoTap is another software OBDII diag package. you need a laptop for both the Autotap and EASE. Plan on spending from $250-400 bucks for diag eqiup.

Autotap. Their support is phenomenal. My 4 yr old unit was totally updated (firmware + interface electronics) because it wouldn't hook to certain POS laptops - for free, well, for the cost of 1-way postage.
Unfortunate that it is OBDII only.
