Running problems after new AC install

well so far I'm batting zero with this.
Went thru and reset my IAC, adjusted my TPS.
I would assume its normal that the vac drops a bit when putting the car into gear? without the AC on?
Is it possible this is a low vac problem?..

I know this is old but did you ever figure it out? My C6 is pretty much doing the identical thing you had problems with. I am searching like a champ but having a hard time finding this issue specifically
