**New Performance Optispark for your LT1/LT4!**
ProComp Optispark for LT1/Lt4
CHEVY LT1 10000 SERIES DISTRIBUTOR
OEM Replacement Distributor is designed for enthusiasts that are serious about performance.
precision tolerances, high strength and incredible endurance.
Under the brass terminals of the cap and rotor is an extremely accurate Optical eye which never requires adjustment.
The 1/2' steel shaft that spins the Rotor is guided by a sealed ball bearing and long sintered bushing.
This combination provides stable timing signals and spark delivery at any RPM.
How reliable is this?
I have read that many aftermarket optis do not use the same sensor element (forgot what its called) that the Delco units used and as a result fail.
This price is killer if it works better than oem. Does it accept stock cap and rotor?

Hi HighMilage,
I believe the stock cap and rotor will fit, but it does come with a heavy cap and rotor.
They must be pretty confident in it reliablitity to give a 1 yr warranty. I don't believe you get that from a GM opti.

If it turns out to be reliable, and I hope it does, I wouldn't be too concerned about using a stock cap and rotor on it. Heck they cost about as much as you are selling the whole opti for!!
Edit to say, Thanks and glad to see someone bring LT1-4 parts to the market.

I know some of you have your doubts about this ProComp Optispark. I think if it were a product with a lot of defects it would be all over the internet. I'm sure every brand of opti (even GM) has its failures. Just saying!
Ok so I see you sell them $125.95 but what kind of warranty. This is in a daily driver so if I have a problem anywhere I take it back and get a new one for life.
