You are saying 12.37 with 289 HP, 3500 stall converter, and 4.10 gears? What is the weight of your car?
X2.
I don't know what math you're using but something is out of whack. HOw you got a 3400# car to go 12's/108 on ~320chp is something that I can't wrap my head around. You have a 75 shot in there that you didn't mention?

I calculated at least 340 chp... big sloppy high stall converters often dyno LOW and if its a mustang dyno or other unfriendly dyno he's in the ball park

Hey Tom,dynojet print out reads 289.27 max power & 310.20 max torque. It was not the operators first rodeo, and I would guess he would want to feed my head with big numbers cause I pay in cash. The numbers may not be correct I don't know. I baby sat the car at the dyno & looked over his sholder, and I drove the car at maple grove.I have a dyno print out & a time slip. So 3400lbs + 289.27hp = 12.37 et & 108.96 . Whats wrong with my math ?

Hey aboatguy, The dyno run was with a 1800 converter, kinda tight.
So how do you add 200 lbs, take away ~60 rwhp, and still run about the same times?
If you're accomplishing those numbers with that hp, then that is fantastic. Numbers are great either way. Fast car you've got there.
Hey Tom, I think the 10 in 3500 converter had something to do with the results. Dyno pulls used 1800 converter and at the track the car fell flat, bogged real bad. Best ET 12.96 but MPH was 108.55. After converter change no bog , leaves like a stick car, in high gear by half track. I too am amazed at the results. Dyno results skewed by tight converter ????? In my younger days I raced modified production class C/SM, with a 305 low gear & a 620 rear leaving at +9500 there was no bog. HA, HA.
Well, I guess that is one efficient drive train! Amazing numbers. My stock LT1/M6/3.45 just did 278/312 at the wheels, so down 11hp/up 2tq from you, and it weighs closer to 3200 (stick/stripper car). It might go 12.999999999999999 at sea level. But to go .7 quicker than that w/11 more hp and more weight is impressive. That car is dialed in!
