Is it hard to seal the intake to runner with those thin walls? do you use different gaskets?

This is the same combo as yours but its a 355. The manifold has been welded up and the runners has been siamesed with an inch of runner left.

If you notice, they both drop off at around 5700-5800.
I have been using the 305 manual bin for tuning.
I have since found the Corvette manual bin (thanks to Orr) and will be redoing all the stick cars with it.
Kevin91z and I have installed it in our cars and it made a big difference in driveability so I hope it will cure the cut off at RPM we have had.
The auto cars do not have the problem.

Mean while back to the dyno........

I think it took me as long to modify my HSR as it did to bolt up my TPI.

I had gotten good at it. I did it in just under 30mins. Installing the Miniram in 10mins. It may perform on the streets better but the Miniram will do just fine if tuned right. I don't think you could tell that much difference on the streets on radial tires from a dig anyway without spinning the tires. Maybe in the upper midrange.

To be honest i changed my turbo setup to push more power into the higher rpm range and move torque curve up as well, bleeding off a ton of low end/midrange torque. Larger turbo housings moving spool point higher as well and to be honest car is loads more fun to drive because it actually hooks up! When you have traction a car can feel very fast lol

Having a 4" cowl hood, i can fit any intake i want so that helps but one or 2 piece intakes are a breeze to work on lol
