90 Automatic won't turn over after setting TV
My automatic tranny was all acting up, so I reset the TV, as described in the Hane's manual (push tv to rear while depressing adjuster button, release button, open throttle) and now my car will not turn over, and it will not accept a jump. Not a sound is made when the key is turned. I set the TV with the vehicle in park. I attempted starts in P, N, and D+.
Sorry to be a noob, but hey, gotta start somewhere!

It is worth mentioning earlier this week I incorrectly adjusted the TV, it started, but wouldn't get out of first gear. Realizing my error I shut it down, it refused to start later that day when I tried to move it out of the way. Today before correctly adjusting it I tried to start it for ***** and giggles, it started. I shut it down, correctly adjusted the TV, now no start.

Might be that the original problem is the shifter linkage and your not getting into park. Put it in neutral and try to start, but if the TV cable is not adjusted properly the line pressure might not be high enough to shift gears.

trans safety switch as suggested OR VATS.
btw..
if you EVER want to do any work right...loose the hyenas manual and buy a real FSM. You get exactly what you pay for in this dept. For $19...not much.
