code 31 33 35 37
I looked up the codes but i don t undetstand exactly what they mean never seen the codes before opti swap and i noticed when cranking my volts go down to 8 and cranks slowly took it to autozone they said i had low voltage on starter so does this mean i need a new starter

More likely your battery is flat , not being charged correctly by the Alt or just Kaput.
When cranking over, the starter sucks lots of power so if the battery is not 100% then there is no power left for the electronics.
Get the battery ( and Alt ) tested 1st before looking for other problems

Dirty , broken or bad connections on the main battery cables can cause that condition
remove , clean and check both ends of those cables
