I just bought tail light louvers and they come with clips that I do not want to use. Does anyone know what the name of that double sidded tape is and where I can get some. My whole problem here is that I want to be able to remove them without harming my tail light lens.
You can get double sided carpet tape or double sided foam tape at most hardware stores. I used a little dab of cear silicon in a couple places on the outside rim for insurance.

Re: Tail light louvers (rats87)
I bought those puppies the same week that I got my car in '96. I had install the set of four with the included wedge. What a piece of crap! :mad On my second day of owning these one fell off and the other three are loosely hanging on for dear life  Anyway, I ditched another one then drilled two very small holes on the top and the bottom of the remaining two. Then I lined up these two louvers against my two outer brake light lens and drilled two holes. Basically, I attached these two pieces with small aluminum screws. It's been six years, not one problem. Although, this may seem extreme to some, but it works for me.
