A couple days ago I was researching thru the posts about being able to replace stock c4 callipers and rotors with stock c5 callipers and rotors. Now I cannot find the post to save my life. Help anyone please, Thanks.
you can also do a Google search and get all the info you need. Then go to FleaBay for most of the "stuff"..
I can tell you that adaptor brackets are in short supply...many places stopped making them.
You need calipers, abutment brackets, all the guide pins, seals, bolts misc hardware, new fittings, steel braid hoses to do it right, the adaptor brackets if you find some,
the 13" rotors, and pads. All told, can be done yourself for under $900 if you shop around and buy pieces...buy USED stuff (if available) and cut that down to $500
Yeah I went back thru my history and found the title thread under C4 tech and it was C5 front brakes installed. All the info was there just like you mentioned. Thanks.
