New to computers...HELP!!!
I have been carburated my whole life, and now I am blown and fuel injected all at once. I had my car dynoed and found out my air/fuel ratio is 11.2 to 1 at idle, and drops way below 10.0 to 1 through the low end and mid-range once the throttle is nailed. Read my signature for mods on car. I need a custom chip made to help fix this problem, but they guy making the chip says I need a scanner to get some information for him, and to be able to set the throttle position, etc...where do I go what do I need to do?

So you are just looking for a scanner and a place to find out where to adjust the TPS? The second part is in the Tech Tips section of the board. The scanners of choice are generally Diacom+ for pay scanners and Craig Moates freeware software program with an AKM cable for an inexpensive setup.
