Ok, so I don't expect that you will be needing another one, but still cool to hear you got it figured out.
Not likely but i will think of you! Then again my Moates cable could fail on me. I had a burner go on me a few months ago, but they replaced it for free.
Now made 2 datalogs today, TP5 working well. More questions have come up. Can i send you a PM? [/QUOTE]
Mike,
Did you try Datamaster? If you answer the questions on my required information page I'll post up a base file you may like? Glad to hear you're at least getting data. Scott
Yep, just downloaded it and tried it. But lost 2 log attempts trying to get it to connect. At first, would not do anything, no com at all. Finally figured out changing the com port to 4, and it worked. Now, i just did an idle test in garage, trying to figure it out. I did get a record, but the com was lost several times during the record. i tried slowing down the scan rate, might have helped some. any tips?
Tomorrow i am going to try a road scan record on way to work.
I am quite interested in this Histogram thing to tune my BLMs.
Not much, sound like you have cable issues. Speed density doesn't use the 10k resistor? just a guess.
Yea, i think your right, but i have the 10k switch on the side of my Moates interface. Nice feature to have. Need it for my 88 IROC350.
i will just have to try messing with the sample rate, and hope i get some good data.
