L98 Engine Won't Start

We should move step by step. If the pressure holds, the regulator is bad since it bleeds off the pressure back to the tank. If it doesn't hold, the pressure has to go somewhere so it is probably the injectors.

Timing is not the problem , because The engine will start but will not run or idle without pumping the gas pedal. Besides I adjusted the timing over & over, back & forwards, but same results.

PROBLEM FIXED! The MAF was bad. I replaced it today and the started smoothly mad idled great. Strang thing was that I never got a diagnostic code. I decided to check it after reading the engine start sequence on www.c4vettes.com. Thanks for everyone's help!
