My 96' LT-1 uses ACDelco AFS75 Oxygen Sensors. $24.00 on Amazon. Replaced all four a couple of months ago and they are working just fine. I believe they are four wire. Not sure about whats used on your year. I think you only use three. The front two are used to run the car the rear is for smog testing only.

Checked for a pre-smog test and both NOX and HC's are extremely high. Mechanic stated the EGR solenoid was defective and to replace the original O2 sensors as they were emitting a weak signal.
Just want to know if all 4 should be replaced.
Does anyone has know of a website which has a diagram of the exhaust system?
If you are facing a smog test then yes, replace all four. As I stated before the rear two are for testing only. These are the ones they look at to see if your cats are working right. They compare what's going in the front side to what's coming out the rear, New ones in the front will help it adjust your fuel mix better. They should be replaced every 50k miles any ways so you can't lose. I'm still thinking you only have three. OBDI only used two or three and it was 96' when they went OBDII.

Thanks Klyde,
Jacked it up this morning to see how many O2 sensors she had. Turns out 2 pre-cat and 1 post cat on the passenger side.
so it's on to order 3 O2 sensors and the EGR vacuum solenoid switch.
Ah the post cat passenger side does absolutely nothing on the 94 model oh wait it does plug the hole.
There is plenty on this. Its there because GM was anticipating the EPA and although it operates, the ecm code does nothing with the info it gets from that 02 sensor. You wont even get a code or light if it is unplugged!

Thanks for the info Giamanut,
Ended up having to purchase a 7/8's shorty and had them removed in no time. Amazing what a difference a correct tool can make.
She passed the smog test.
15mph Test: HC measured 55 out of the allowed max of 59, so just barely.
NO-352 out of the max of 541.
25mph Test: HC measured 27 out of the allowed max of 34.
NO - 446 out of the allowed max of 541.
According to the computer on the vehicle her average MPG jumped from 16.3 and is now fluctuating between 19.1 - 20.3 so the 02 sensors definitely needed replacing.
Great news gotta get my smog this month engine has less than 100 miles on it.
It's the engine the machine shop said I couldn't build do to line hone but turned out to be BS.
Got a tight timing chain and all is could. now if I could just get the stock cluth to hold the extra power)(*U)(*_)(*_)*!!!!!
