Default Miss at Idle

1994 LT1 automatic 133k Miles.
I have a slight miss at idle, almost can't tell it is there. The car runs smooth anywhere above 800 rpms. There is no hesitation when I accelerate and no miss at mid or high rpms. The miss becomes much worse: when I am stopped, in drive with my foot on the brake and have the air conditioning running. The voltage drops from the normal 14.2 to about 13.6 and then back to 14.2 exactly when the miss happens every about every 2 to 3 seconds. I know that the miss seems to be much worse when the electrical system is under load so I am not sure what this means. I only drive the car on weekends, last weekend it ran fine and this problem popped up about a half hour into driving the car today. Now the issue happens whether the car is warm or cold. I would appreciate any suggestions of what could be wrong. Thank you in advance!!

OK, disregard the post. I was able to see one of the plug wires arcing. I'll have to change them. Can it be insulated with something temporarily?
