Intake air control. It's the 4 wire plug below the throttle body and the passenger side. Using the throttleblade screw (came capped from the factory) make slight adjustments and scan the iac counts. A warm idle should be around 20 to 80 with 40 to 60 being great. There is a minimum idle air adjustment, but the same can be done making slight adjustments and keeping an eye on counts.

I Agee there is no need for a larger throttle body, but disagree that the larger runners and exhaust will only add 5hp. If you replace the runners only with large tube runners and replace the front y pipe with and delete the pre cats and install a low restriction main cat, that will probably add a solid 20-25hp. And one other mod that makes a big difference is underdrive pulleys.
