So... with that said, may I suggest a neat upgrade - the LTCC.
It's a small firm in Michigan somewhere that makes this thing. It uses a small brain box to intercept the opti signals and send them to one of 8 LSx coils (I have LS2 on there now).
After 10+ years, it has been essentially trouble free. I had more problems with the early LT1 harness plug... damned thing.
You can remove the opti, remove the rotor, seal up the cap and never have to worry about that again... unless coolant gets in, but if sealed right, that'll never happen.
it isn't cheap... but it is nice.
http://www.bailey-eng.com/LTCC.html should get you there.
His page hasn't been updated in a while... Taylor is a still a good wire, but I have the MSDs and with the LS2 coil, they work great.
I got my coils from www.eficonnection.com
He lists sunspec as a source of brackets, they are who I used and they are very nice. The LS2 coil requires a mod to make fit.

With the addition of LTs and better flowing/deleted cats, you should be over 320rwhp.
Ditch the x-pipe. Go straight tubes out. It will sound so much more authoritative. I had an x-pipe and then just went straight out. Didn't notice any power difference but the exhaust note was much beefier.

They tested a lot of common upgrade parts. Some seem worthwhile and others don't.
This is how I created a drain hose for the water pump on my 92 LT1.
I first measured the weep hole in the bottom of the water pump.
I determined a 3/16" barb to 3/16" barb brass connector from Home Depot would fit in the hole if I decreased the diameter.
I chucked the connector up to the center stop in my high speed drill and laid it across a flat file. Spinning the connector against the file, I decreased the diameter of the barbs until they were just slightly larger than the weep hole size. I froze the connector, put a little sealant on the barb closest to the center, and used a small hammer to drive the connector up to it's center point. Put a hose on it and routed behind the Optispark wires.
Now when the water pump blows out, it will blow out to the ground and not all over the Optispark.

So I'm def going obx thats not up for debate. However, this place seems to have the cheapest ones? They also have a good rep on eBay yet they currently aren't selling these on eBay. Anyone have any opinions on racing parts depot?
-OBX Headers and an X pipe from somewhere to mate to my 3" Magnaflow CB
-Scorpion 1.6 SA RR and Lt4 springs
-Jet 90109 UD pulleys(hopefully I can get a belt found for it)
-52mm tb(ported stocker or something else)
-Lastly Pcm4less tune and calling it quits!

The underdrive pulleys won't yield much in the way of power. You may want to save that money and go with a electric water pump. The wp should be good for 10-15hp.
