Default Code 23 and 32 ?
I am getting code 23 and 32 on my 1985. the only thing i notice is that the car when cold goes from 750 to 870. Once the car is warm it runs great. Are the codes and the serge when cold related?

23 is low intake temp

32 is exhaust related...recirculation.... fsm will solve it for you
