Good day! My 96's temperature gauges are acting weird. In the morning when start the engine the digital shows 98-98, even when cold, the analog increases slowly until goes all the way to hot. But the engine is not running hot! Already replaced the coolant sensor and wires, but no changes. Any ideas? Thank!

you live in arizona how hot was it when you started the car. The gaauge should read what the cooleant temp is os if it was 87 out side when you went to start the car that is what the cooleant is going to be and that should be your reading
When I lived in Phx, it always made me laugh when I'd get in the car that had been sitting in the garage for weeks and the temp would show 112 or 107 or whatever the temp was in the building...over there your car can stay "warmed-up" for months at a time without you ever turning the key.
these sensors can get erratic and show odd readings when the plugs get corroded. Wire brush old plugs and connectors and LOOK in the plug for corrosion.
Sometimes the dash gauge CAN fail, but its usually just dirty connections somewhere.
