On the 383 I also recommend the LPE219. That cam has been in the 11's in 383´s with modified ltr setups.

My 91 is a 383 with a LPE 219, ported 113s, ASM runners, Accel base, with a ported plenum and has gone a best of 11.82

If you want low-mid performance, install your cam 4-deg advanced. If you want maximum HP, install straight-up. Bullet cams recommends 4-deg advanced either way...but TA proves otherwise.

I might actually have mine 4-deg advanced WITH [another] 4-deg built-in. Hard to sort that one out w/o pulling the timing cover. I will say my low-end is ridiculous though. Plus, I'm at 400rwtq at 2500 rpms.

TPiS web site, zz409 or 242/242 cam would be perfect for future upgrades
