Double roller timing chain on '85?

All the litle items Pcolapaul mentioned cam make a chain snap like it did
Re read his post and make sure these are spot on when you put it back together, cam isnt adv retarded etc. Pointer youll have to buy separately from the cover.
140lbs is quite a bit for a flat tappet! A very large solid maybe.
What grind # was it again dont have time to read the whole thread.
Something was binding or interfering in the motor to cause that probably why it wasnt making the power you expected either. Find that culprit before you put it back together.

Also, I noticed that most of them don't have a timing pointer... I would like to use a timing pointer. Thanks.
