Default CCM codes

I have a 1991 Corvette, when i check the codes , by shorting out pins G and A I come up with the following codes for module 1. 31,32,33,34,35,36,37, and 38 . I can find nothing wrong with any on the instruments. Could someone tell me what i should be looking for. I have the manual so know what these codes are.

I have had the car stall a couple of times lately, could these codes indicate what the problem is ? As i understand it module 1 only has to do the the instruments.
Thanks
Mac

According to the info I have, you should be shorting pins A & B to read the codes in a '91:

http://corvettephotographs.com/c4vettes/codes.htm

My experience is that sometimes the ECM goes wacko and stores a bunch of codes that are not really valid. The way to find out is to reset the ECM and see what codes show up. Disconnect the ECM power connector for a second or so:

Not all cars have this connector. If your car does not then you'll have to disconnect the negative battery cable.

I agree with the A and B pin if you want to check codes on the ECM, however if you want to check codes on the CCM you need to short out A and G , when you do this you will get error codes from both systems. This only applys to 90-93.
I think I will just clear the codes and drive it and see if they show up again.

Thanks

What year Corvette are you talking about?
You can purchase a scanner in almost any auto parts store , you just need to know what system you will be checking. OBD1 or OBD2

This site should answer your questions. On a 93 you do not need to buy a scanner as you have a built in one.

Not very familiar with abs codes. Here is a guy with the same problem. Maybe that will help. Read the last part of the thread.
