Default A2A vs water/meth.....

I am curious if water/meth injection is a "good" alternative to an A2A intercooler on a turbocharged STREET car yet. There have been many improvements in the meth controllers. I know this has been debated before, but my car isn't a C5 where there are off the shelf options for A2A intercooling. And as you guys most likely know, there are many variations in our C4's and since all our systems are different, there isn't much data on pressure drop, heating of the cooling system, Etc.... I don't even know if I installed a large FMIC if enough airflow would go through it. Someone bought a large FMIC from Smooth I think.. How did that turn out?

I've got the front of mine all off to put the air to water intercooler in and I can't see how anyone could get a large enough air to air intercooler in there and keep the AC unless you're running not making much HP.

It would be a lot easier to just go with meth injection, but I really like the idea of not having to refill the meth.

Im going big A2A with a garrett core. No AC condenser so that frees up space and it will be a driverside lower in and top center out over the rad.

Well, I'm keeping my AC. I don't know anyone else in my area with a Corvette, but I believe the earlier cars radiators were vertical, where as mine is slanted. Did the early cars have more room? Would it be worth it to switch over to that style?

Mine is straight up but I plan to slant it some for clearance going over the rad if needed.
I should be able to get a 4in thick core in without much issue.
