88-96 parking brake - cable return spring
Hi,
I try to get a '91 parking brake into a '85. I think I have all parts except the cable return spring.
Unfortunately I have no idea how the left cable can operate if it is attatched to the outer part of the front cable. Maybe that spring is the answer to this problem ...
Could anyone share some pics of the installed spring? I tried a google-search but could not find pictures ... all what I have right now is figure 16 of the '91 Service Manual:
