Best gear ratio.....
'94 ZF 6spd. K&N, lid, wires, B&B Exhaust, and LT4 HotCam. What ratio would be the best for a gear swap?
I've heard many people using both 3.73's, and/or 4.09/4.10/4.11's
Who's got what and what do you like/dislike about your choice? Also, what gear and RPM do you pass through the traps at? And what RPM do you pull at say 80mph on the highway?

There is no "best" gear ratio, it all depends on what you like. What do you want out of your swap?

Do you have microsoft Excel? I've got a spreadsheet worked up that will tell you the answers to all of your questions. You can just punch in a new gear ratio and it recalculates. It will also work for tire size, etc. Just fill it out and look at the numbers.

How much did they affect the performance of the car? Either seat of the pants or track?

Haven't been to the track, but with the original GSC's first and second gear are up in smoke. Also, sixth gear is finally usable.
