I ordered a few more to my list. I would say this is the more accurate list, as far as an 89 goes.
74 bulb x 9 (side marker x 4, rear view mirror inner map light, license plate, turn signal indicator in dash x 2, hi beam indicator)
194 bulb x 20(cargo x 2, rear view mirror map light x 2,dash illumination x 4, 12 DIC)
212-2 bulb x 4(door x 2, underhood x 2)
564 bulb x 3 (footwell x 2, console door)
1157 switchback bulb x 2 (front driving light / turn signal)
1156 x 4 (front cornering / backup rear side lights)
This added on to the HID headlights, HID foglights, LED tail lights purchased from corvettemods. I also bought 2 x 24 red LED strip lights off ebay for the CHMSL.
I also didn't get fancy with colors etc. I chose white bulbs. I am going to replace the 1 SMD 74 bulbs with some 3 SMD bulbs for brightness.

Jeff, I tried using a 194 bulb for the side markers and it wouldn't seat. I really wish it would have. So, I ordered 3 SMD 74 bulbs to see how they will look.
Also, I have yet to receive the additional 194 bulbs that I will be using for the DIC, and the 1156 bulbs for the front cornering/rear backup lights.

Just took a few pics. It's hard to see the individual bulbs in the CHMSL in the picture, but you can in person.

This vid shows the front switchback LEDs turning from the white running light to the amber turn signal. It does seem to flash a little slow. Not sure why, I did add resistors to eliminate any hyperflash issue.

After going HID headlights and foglights and switching to LED tail lights and CHMSL light in my 89 (2 strips of 24 leds fit nicely) , I have decided to upgrade the bulbs in the interior and a few exterior ones.
I noticed a kit or two around but decided to piece them together myself on that auction site.
Here's my list, let me know if I'm missing anything.
Door courtesy light (bulb 212-2 = 211-1) x 2 [12 SMD]
Cargo light (bulb 906 = bulb 194) x 2 [10 SMD]
Floor courtesy light (bulb 563 = bulb 564) x 2 [12 SMD]
Console lid light (bulb 564) x 1 [12 SMD]
Mirror/Map light (bulb 74) x 2 [1 SMD]
Underhood light (bulb 211-2 = 212-2) x 2 [12 SMD]
Side Marker light (bulb 24 = bulb 194) x 4 [10 SMD]
License Plate (bulb 24 = bulb 194) x 1 [10 SMD]
Parking light / Turn signal (bulb 2057NA = bulb 1157 switchable) x 2 [60 SMD]

I purchased the HID Foglight kit from Corvette Mods. Their Foglight kit is so bright, that I can literally drive at night with just the foglights on if I want and still see everything.
I have since replaced all the dash lights as well. There's 4 x #194 LED's for the illumination lights and 3 x #74 LED's for the directional and hi beam indicator.
The Driver Information Center has 12 x #194 bulbs, and the heater/AC control unit has 3 x #74 bulbs.
The illumination lights in the dash wouldn't allow me to use the 10 SMD LED's due to their height. I had to purchase some different ones to install.

I don't remember which 194's I put in. I found my old ebay link. The 194 bulbs came with the twist bases which I replaced due to one breaking, I figured I'd replace the other 3 while I was there.
