I leave my C4 1987 coupe in storage at times with a on board charger, Car starts everything is good with that, but everything thats on that circuit do not work (blue 15 AMP CTSY/ CLK),hood lights,horn,heat/ac blower,radio,dome lighths ,antenna.cig light.Possible relay blown,or ground out but where any one of these in the list? Cig light? Everything has been working for years until 06/28/15 upon startup i notice hood lights were out then checked fuse box new 15 amp fuse will blow out right away.

I had added a cigarette outlet to make more oulets (wired to cigarette lighter)Found that the Wires fried shorting out all most everything to that circuit witch was CTSY/CLK bought new fuses 15 amp and everything is all back to normal But I did check other components to narrow down search by unplugging them,observing, testing.
