F-body LT1's are two-bolts. I'm not sure about the big-car LT1's, Caprice, Roadmaster, Impala and police car blocks, but I bet they're two-bolts as well. No LT1's ever in pickups!
I was faced with this problem when I did my 383. I got one off of ebay that was machined and supposedly ready to go. Not doing that again. The machine shop that did my motor told me there is company that sells replacement blocks. Call some machine shops and engine shops and see what you can find. They may tell you the best place.
