Default 1989 Corvette

Hello Everybody,

I am now the proud owner of a 1989 Z51 Corvette. I did get the engine to spin by hand. Thank you all. I am now reassembling the engine so I can start it, I hope. The reassembly has been a challenge and I was hoping that someone could help me. Is there a way I can upload pictures? If there is please tell me. I am sure it would solve a lot of problems for me.
1. The hoses that run to the AIR control P.E.D.S. valve. I cannot see where they are or where they come from. Page 6E3-C6-1 of the service manual has a diagram of the system. From what I am gathering connection 2 of the AIR control valve gets connected to the air injection pipes through check valves, correct?
2. The flexible metal hose that comes off the manifold and goes to the exhaust. There is a rubber hose on it. Does anyone have any idea where that hose goes.

If someone has pictures of a stock 1989 Corvette engine please tell me where to find them.

Thank you,
Joe

This thread is a little dated but if you need photos of a stock 1989 L98 I can take whatever shots you want.
