A recent rear end gear change forces me to CHANGE THE DRIVEN gear inside the 700R4 to allow the speedometer to read properly. I know I have to go to a 38 tooth replacement gear. Does any one know what a Stock 1993 Vert originally had for a driven gear inside the 700R4?

Drive gear is on the output shaft and is likely 17 tooth on a '93, the driven is installed on the end of the correct VSS. I asked for the OE RPO in your other thread. Answer that and you can be helped.
In your other thread I asked how you arrived at the 38 tooth. Have you returned to that post?
Maybe yours did. However mine came with a 700R4 (TV cable). I believe the 4L60 began with the '94 model.

Yours is a 4L60, the 4L60e was released in the Corvette for '94. Terminology 700R4 > 4L60 occurred in maybe '90 Corvette as widely accepted in the GM product line it's said to be '91. I've never actually checked.

Interesting! I always thought the difference between the 700R4 and the 4L60 was the electronics. My '93 came with what I thought was a 700R4(TV cable). I thought starting in 1994, the auto transmission was referred to as a 4L60.

Thanks for the update.

1994 was 4L60E E for electronic, 700R4 and 4L60 are the same basic thing.

Take a look at the following link. It lists the drive and driven gears with part numbers for all C4 Corvettes depending on transmission and final drive gear ratio.
Edit.
Many of the part numbers are not available from the dealer any more. I had problems finding the right driven gear for my '96 ZF and finally bought a used one.

That's actually a duplication from a GMSPO publication and I actually have always thought there were errors. I've always used what I surmised from experience, the part #'s for the tooth counts of gears is correct BUT the VSS references I've always believed were in error. Compare the '91 and '92 applications and you'll see a difference in the references. Tooth counts (yes), early VSS (yes), '91 - '93 VSS (no), -e transmission (yes)
You'll also see contradictions for the ZF tooth counts ('94 I don't know who's work that is, I always doubted it was an SPO error).

I agree there are some errors. Like the tooth count of the '94 ZF is switched. The 40 tooth goes with the 3.33 and the 42 tooth goes with the 3.45 ratio.
However, it is the one that I used to sort out what I needed and to find some part numbers.
It is not perfect, but I hope it can help a few people to find what they are looking for.
No JR ,both had the same clutches and band setup, the TH700r4 was updated in 1987,since then they changed the production name to 4l60.They added the auxiliary valve body and minor design changes .basically we can talk about two th700r4 generations, pre and post 87 units.
