Default 92 sputter and misfire ???

What I posted has happened about 6 times this year also did it today. Outside temp around 75-80 car temp maxed out at around 215.

Anyway will fire the car up in park and can hear it starting to act up coughing and misfiring so I press on the pedal and it gets worse like it wants to die but doesn't, after couple mins I accelerate in park put it in drive but it still sputters and misfires, this last for around 3-5 mins then goes away and starts running right.............. any ideas??

Fuel pressure? How old is your filter? Any codes? How old are the o2s? Any vacuum leaks? Any smell from the vacuum hose on the fpr? Leakey injector.

BTW forgot too mention when the car does get moving and acting up it also coughs and misfires, so looks like its shop time

Mine would bog and sputter then catch and run good I replace my front two o2s and runs great just a wag as I can not see it from here. How old are they? They are a maintenance item.

Might pull your icm and coil and have them tested. It could even be your opti but lets hope not.

If you do the o2s Orielys has the sockets for loan for $20 deposit or $25 to buy use the short one pass side is harder.

You have to pull the top of the shroud off to get in there.

No to get the crap from inbetween and clean the radiator. Thermo is easy to get to just do not let your opti get wet. Right by your thermo is a connection you might want to check it is one of your temp sensors that one goes to your digital.
