Default Wiper cap

I believe there are two different caps for the wiper motor, the first, like my 84.

The second for 88-96.

Not sure if they are interchangeable..

The later will replace the first with no issues and is maybe the preferred. Preferred might be arguable - LOL.

OP - why do you need? Did you demolish the cover installing an engine or is it an operational issue?

If you've a JY close with lots of older GM's lets say mid 80's to early 90's find something that has delay and see if you can swap just the cam/lever. I've never tried it but I'd think the cam/lever is likely retained by a "push-nut". Most of those covers will likely have the pump in the cover but maybe that's insignificant for your needs.

Check GOOGLE images for GM# 22039684 - this is the cover that I believe you'll find on most.

In the JY look for GM intermediates, Camaro, Firebird and maybe Celebrities, Ciera or 6000 - there's some that use a red cam/lever that likely won't work.

*** I ain't never tried but you seem to be maybe "desperate" !!

Buy the complete wiper motor unit. It will be more economical than purchasing just the cover and you'll have a spare motor.

The aftermarket wiper covers are going for $90.00 plus shipping if you can find one in stock.

If the covers are interchangeable just transfer the newer style cover to your current wiper motor.

Example:
