I have my torque beam measured to where 6" from the rear of the tranny is. Question is where on the loop should this be in refernce to? In the center? The front edge of the loop? The back edge of the loop?
I have often wondered about the loop on a vette. How the heck do you install it. Everything is already in the torque beam. Can you post some picts of this.....I will soon need one and have even been checked at the tracks. I told them about the torque beam and they dismissed the loop???
thanks for sharing those. I am planning on something similar over the winter. It'd be safe to say, the C beam would prolly contain the driveshaft in the event of an incident. I'd rather be safe than sorry though.

I dunno, if the shaft did come loose and kicked to the right of the car the first thing it is likely to hit is the fibreglass/plastic tunnel floor...
