Electric fans dont operate. They will operate when the AC is turned on. Which temps sensor controls the fans on a 1993 Chevy Corvette

The temperature sensor in the water pump inputs into the ECM. The ECM (software) decides what fan goes on depending on the engine temperature. All temperatures are the digital temperatures as displayed on the speedometer(which you can view).

The driver's side fan goes on with the A/C.

If the AC is not selected, the driver's side fan will go on at 219*.

The passenger side fan will go on at 239*.

So, this engine runs hot? This seemed to a rather high number on the gauge and the fans never went on. Engines today run at 210*

Yes, but yours is 30 years old. Back in the day they were designed to run around 225-230.
