Don't need a combination of G92 with anything. You can, in many years, get the best gear ratio without ordering G92 itself.
My 86 and 88 both have G44 without G92.

Both are maybe 4+ MT? Since the G44 is an option with the A4 and that's a "billable" upgrade/option I doubt you could have the G44 without the G92. Possible maybe but it seems unlikely. I don't recall G44 being included in a different "sales RPO" but if it were then no G92 is certainly possible.
