I'm leaving the Trans in stock form. It was just a stock rebuild. I don't think I need hardened input shaft ETC at my level yet.

Main reason I bought the Fast TCI Trans controller is because it's canbus compatible with the EZ EFI that's in the car. Instead of having to run wires to the TPS, tach signal etc, I can just plug in the Canbus. The EZ EFI can actually be upgraded to the sportsman XFI if you send it into FAST. They'll flash the software onto your existing ECU for $200. (That was the price they gave me a year ago) I intend to do that sometime next year

I'm running an ACCEL dfi and a TCI tranny controller for my 4l60e. It's very easy to tap into the tach signal and the tps wires.

It's wiring I didn't want to do, can bus makes it easy! Just need to run my power and ground, run it to the trans and let er eat! Lol

I'm not scared of wiring, truth be told the EZ TCU was one of the cheaper controllers on the market. I considered the black box for a while, but didn't bite because sometimes I occasionally like to ride in my own car and let someone else drive so automatic capability with manual Option was mandatory

I have PI TCs in my truck and C4. Broke a trans and they cheerfully cleaned it up for me by cutting it apart, cleaning it, welding and balancing it. You have 1 free restall 2 years from purchase date which you can use towards cleaning if you crap a trans or restall it if your needs change or you don't like the stall it came with.
