You should have 3 switches, one on the back of each door and one in the glove box. You will need to check each one sounds like a bad switch or lose wire.

Yes, pulling the fuse will stop this. When my PKE had gone bad I was having this happen at random times as well. Grabbed a used PKE off of ebay and the problem went away.
