Burned out tail light replacement
I have a left outer bulb burned out. I've watched you tube for the removal process--- Lic plate, backup lites, inner lens, outer lens.
Is this the only way to do it? I can see the socket from underneath, out side of the exhaust extensions... maybe reach it.
Does anyone have a pic of the socket itself so I can see where to disconnect it?
About how long does it take to go the lic plate route?

About 15 minutes and that is if you are holding a beer.
Really, the license plate route is quick and painless and very straight forward. You actually spent more time typing your question than you would removing the plate, reaching around a swapping the bulb.

LOL, I tried going through the license plate, what a waste of time. My forearm wouldn't fit. Then I went from underneath the car. Removed a single bumper cover bolt and reach up and turned the bulb out and replaced. Two beers, one hand, 3 minutes
