window guide
96 collectors edition, passenger side electric window. The front guide
broke, I now have the replacement part.
The bolt goes into the new guide and instead of a nut on the back there appears to be a threaded flat disk.
How do you remove the bolt?? is there a special tool? if so what is it
called and where do you get one?
Once again thanks for your help

In answer to the OP question:
Snap-on does make the exact tool that you need. It's actually a 3/8 socket part # S9610 called a window sash-nut spanner. It's $24.00
I bought it when I had to replace the driver side window regulator as well as the window guide. Not being a mechanic it was worth it to me. Saved me a lot of time and aggravation and most likely at some point the passenger side will have to be replaced and I'll be even happier that I have it.
