What are the torque specs for upper and lower rear sway bar links on a base mdl 89 c4 convertible

here are the torque specs for a 90 corvette's rear suspension - should be the same as the 89 model year --



edit: i'm assuming you're referring to the rear stabilizer end link or rear sway bar end link, referred to in the FSM as the stabilizer shaft link. looks like the upper nut is 39 lbs.ft. and the lower is 31 lbs.ft.. just so we're on the same page - some additional info --





BTW, do you have a FSM?
