my daughter-in law just dumped 1987 corvette in my lap.Where can I find a good manual to show a routing of vacuum lines? Also is there a place that sells both hard and soft vacuum line complete kits or some parts for intake and injector?
The factory service manuals are your best bet. Ebay has them for sale most of the time and sometimes here on the forum in the C4 parts for sale section.
I do not know of any vendor who sells a vacuum line kit.
The chain auto parts stores will have lengths of rubber vacuum line in various diameters as well as flexible plastic (hard) lines. The "HELP" brand of these items should be enough to get you started on line replacement. HELP also has a variety of vacuum line fittings that will probably be needed for the rebuild.
For a "good manual" you need to get the Factory Service Manual (FSM) set for your year of Corvette. These will usually show up from time to time in the C4 Parts For Sale section of the forum and they can also be found on eBay. These year-specific books are the same ones that were used by the service techs at Chevy dealerships.

You must really like your daughter in law...
Just buy the lines locally and replace every single one of them. If you don't you'll be back again doing the same thing. They get hard and brittle after 30 years of heat cycles. The egr vacuum lines run under the plenum, are you pulling it?
Basket yes I'm going to change everything from the e g r valve up all hardlines and softlines what PDF should I download for a 87 that'll give me all the ports and locations for all the lines
