Okay so the canister where you out the new freon has four plugs to connect the freon pressure hose to two are the normal pipes where I guess the freon runs through to the system an everything but then it has two other plugs where it allows me to connect the freon hose to one is right in front of the air clutch and the other is right on the opposite of the first plugs I dont know where I'm supposed to plug it on but I tried both and the freon can doesn't empty out as if it doesn't go through and my hose gauge goes passing the warning red part but when I use a needle like flat head took air comes out with a but of freon smell of it so I put the freon again and still no freon empties into the ac system are those two on the cylinder can not the right ones and everytime I use a needle like took to let out the air(which supposed to be freon coming out) air pressure keeps coming out why everytime I empty it out it feels up with air again and where does the freon go into I've seen other videos of people putting freon there canister only has one option plug to put the freon into please help (Martin.ordonez189@gmail.com is my email for any images really need help)
What type of Freon are you using? R12 or 134(newer retrofitted type). Before I retrofitted my system I tried to put Freon in and it simply would not enter. There is air already in the space. I had to put the vacuum pump on there for 30 minutes and after 3 cans sucked in.
If your system has air in it it would need to be evacuated first. Then vacuum pump for 30 minutes. Basically the whole deal.
You have filled it a little to make pressure but not enough to run the compressor.
